All orders within the Netherlands ship free of charge. For international orders, shipping is free on purchases over €40; below this amount, standard rates apply and are calculated at checkout.

How long will delivery take?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (CET) are usually delivered the next day within the Netherlands. For international orders, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days, depending on the destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a Track & Trace code in your mail, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Yes, all orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same day, ensuring the fastest possible delivery.

Within what period of time must I return my item?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item, provided it is unused and in its original condition with labels and packaging intact.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged (excluding user damage), we will gladly replace it with a new one. Simply contact us with your order number and details.
